A retired First Sergeant of Marines, Faron’s experience includes a career in the Signals Intelligence community as well as some twenty years with Defense Contractors both in the Washington, DC, area and in Montgomery, Alabama. He has also served as the former Director of Operations for the 26thNetwork Operations Squadron as a Department of the Air Force Civil Servant. Faron holds a Bachelor of Science in Aviation Management from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, Illinois, and is pursuing the Master of Arts in Leadership through Luther Rice University, Lithonia, Georgia. In his second assignment as a Chief Operating Officer, Faron leverages his experience with the Technology Risk Services practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers and his broad technical background in the Information Systems Security arena to provide seasoned business leadership to support Heptagon’s outstanding technical capabilities.
Faron and his wife, Nancy, currently reside near Lake Martin in Dadeville, Alabama, and enjoy sharing time with their family, including six grandchildren. Faron enjoys the outdoors, is an avid hunter and a casual golfer. Both Faron and Nancy are active in ministry with their faith family.
